Absolutely horrible treatment by Ray Bennett the pharmacist and the staff working at the CVS Seymour IN. location. I called and spoke to Ray Bennett a few weeks ago to see if my medication would be in stock or give them enough time to order. His exact words were “IF WE’RE OUT OF STOCK,YOUR JUST SCREWED. THATS JUST THE WAY IT GOES!!” They have also made huge mistakes on the quantity of my medications (I believe on purpose )and also the refill amounts. They then tell me I have to call my doctor to have their mistakes fixed! Every month I have to check to make sure it’s in stock on a monthly basis. One tech will tell me they have none.An hour or two later they mysteriously have plenty in stock. I’ve been hung up on in the middle of my conversation 3 times in the last few weeks alone. Wait times to answer their phone is always 15-30 minutes or more. It’s been so bad with their treatment and mistakes, I’ve had to resort to always taping my conversations in order to disprove their lies. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid all the stress and headache this pharmacy department will cause you!!

Nice , clean store. Can not get anyone to answer phone. Hours for Pharmacy say open 24 hours on website. How come my daughter was there a few minutes till 7 and they told her they were closed? This was on a Thursday evening?

Clean store friendly staff very helpful as well as respectful as long as you respect them they are some of the nicest people should know that works and a customer service industry inside a store

The store itself is always fairly nice, very clean. The pharmacy, on the other hand. Super rude, almost without exception. Always a terrible experience.

I had to have a prescription sent over from another pharmacy bc they were the only ones who had it in stock. However they didn’t take my insurance but they called other pharmacies in town to see if they took my insurance and if they had it in stock and printed off paperwork to take to the other pharmacy so they would have the info they needed. Super friendly and helpful I just wish they took Medicaid.

Went through full service window and was told they won't fill my order till later that day because "other orders were ahead of me". The prescription was supposed of have been ready 3 days ago. in full service window your supposed to be able to hand in a prescription AND wait for it. The lady Jennifer was rude because she didn't want to fill the order before her lunch break. It wasn't even a physical pill or liquid, would have been a fast simple fill. If it wasn't for the fact it's the only place in town that has 24hr pick up I wouldn't be doing business there.

This is the worst pharmacy. I'm done giving them chances! They never get medication filled on time ever and most of the time it's for my children, who can't go without their medication. Today was the final straw, called to check on an medication for my child at 11:30 and said they were filling it now, heard nothing all day, I finally call and they say we don't have it, call your Dr to have them call in something else, (drs are about to go home for the day mind you). The girl on the phone got an attitude when I asked why they didn't say anything, no text or anything! Go somewhere else, anywhere else to get your prescriptions! You would think with all the horrible reviews about the same thing corporate would catch on!

The worst pharmacy you could possibly ever go to. If you need a prescription from your doctor filled. Do NOT have it filled here. You need atleast 2 business days before they MAYBE have it ready. Had a tube of cream to be picked up at 415 PM. At 415 it wasn't ready and was told 30-40 minutes. Came back an hour later and still wasn't ready, was told again 30-40 minutes. For a tube of cream that's ready to go on their shelf! What a joke. This isn't the first time this has happened either.

Was getting my perscriptons through CVS, put my request for a refill in a week out. Received a text that it would be ready by 5pm Friday. It's Saturday, no refill, I called and talked with the Pharmacist, he told me to call my Doctor and request another medication. I felt like he basically told me that I am on my own. I need my medication on Saturday, not Monday. I called Walgreens and had my perscripton refilled on time there.

They are never in a hurry to do anything. Was several people there when I went last night an not really working. Pharmacist made comments about smoking crack in front of my young children and cracked jokes about the meds my daughter needed in front of the customers n workers, embarrassing her n making her cry.

I ABSOLUTELY hate this pharmacy. I told myself I would never go back here and low and behold had to go back for insurance purposes because my medication costs $6,000. It’s sad when I know more about how to fill my script than the pharmacy. I have to be on brand name medication for seizures. No pharmacy carries the brand because it is too expensive, it always has to be ordered, usually can get it next day. My doctor sent in brand name script and said not to substitute but the pharmacy does what ever they want to do and filled it with generic. Never called me to even let me know. I go in and try to talk to someone and the rude girl that was supposedly helping me would not even leave her desk in the middle of the pharmacy so had to yell my information to her. She said they had to switch it to generic because of my insurance, I told her that was not true because I have a prior authorization on file, she then proceeded to stomp over to where it was already filled with generic and threw away the wrapping because they were going to have to refill it. She said they didn’t have it in stock, I said I know, you have to order it. She then says she checked other cvs pharmacies in a 20 mile radius and no one has it so I’ll have to send it to another pharmacy or go past 20 miles. I said no one will carry it because it is too expensive, it has to be ordered. She said she doesn’t know when it will come in because no one has it. The pharmacist finally cut in and asked what it was and I told him and he said it would be here tomorrow. Then they told me to call tomorrow and I said yea right, you guys never answer the phone. The girl then says well I have been answering the phone all morning so we do answering our phones and I said sure, that’s why it has been ringing for the past 15 minutes while I have been standing here. Look at all their reviews, everyone says they don’t answer the phone. So ridiculous. Probably going to try to find somewhere else to go again.

There are barely any employees and always a line when I go there, whether it be the front checkout or the pharmacy. Pharmacy is extremely slow and understaffed. On top of that, everything is way more expensive than it needs to be. I avoid shopping here at all costs.
