They seem polite and courteous. The company itself and its ways seem pointless on so my levels . Why have employees in the store not be able to problem solve a single issue with a device. We always get

Worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. It was to the point that I am moving our smart phones over to another service after this incident. I can't imagine how any place would even hire a guy like the one who was running the counter. I was going to buy the 11 and add it to my account. Still will buy it, just from somewhere else and move my service over.

I have just received the absolute worst customer service experience that i have ever had. I went to the closest store to my home. Which is 45 minutes away. When I approached the help desk and asked to purchase a specific phone. I was told I had to have a phone number put on the phone. I explained that the phone was a gift and that i did not want it activated at this time. Joyce refused to sell me the phone. I called customer support and went back into the store to purchase the phone. Again i told her i did not want anything on the account to change. I did not want the phone activated. Mind you I kept customer service on the line with me while i went through this transaction. After i left the store and was about halfway home i received a text message from cricket saying that my account has changed. Seriously? So now he knows he is getting a new phone. And then he calls me from his work phone to tell me that his phone and smart watch are not working. So Joyce ruined his christmas present and messed up his phone service! For no reason. Gave me the most scuffed and dented up box she could again knowing it was a gift. Joyce was murmuring to herself about me and my attitude and idk what else. Of course I have an attitude by now. You wont let me purchase an item from a store! And my attitude was also on crickets customer service recorded line as proof that my attitude did not deserve the treatment i received. And then she messed up everything! And charged me additional fees!! What is wrong with you Joyce? In Seymour Indiana. Maybe you should get a job that does not have direct contact with customers. I am absolutely appalled and embarrassed by and for you. You are a horrible customer service representative. After this experience there is a good chance we will be changing phone service.

The staff here knew exactly what they where doing for an upgrade to my daughter's phone. Got everything swapped over and done in a small amount of time. Very professional staff and friendly aswell.
