My husband and kids got me a premium detail for mother's day, and now the inside of our Suburban looks just like new. Not even the slightest detail was left untouched. “I do like the membership. It does save money if you're a frequent washer and as a business person who likes to show up with a clean vehicle I do. So it does save me money. However! It sure does lack the Personal Touch of the previous car wash in that location! Rarely does anyone brush down the back of your vehicle or the hood. And never do they lift your wipers and brush underneath them. I had handprints on the back of my construction truck. They were there through six washes until I specifically asked them please brush the handprints off the back of my truck! Sometimes it seems like their whole goal is just to get as many cars through as fast as they can”

“Harrell’s is definitely easier to get in and out of compared to Thoroughbred Express, but there’s really no reason to go there unless Jeff’s is full or you forgot your wallet and need to use Apple Pay. The water pressure is extremely low, especially compared to Jeff’s, and if I don’t wipe my car down with a microfiber cloth afterward, it looks terrible. Jeff’s has much better soap and higher water pressure, so if you rinse properly, you won’t be left with soap scuds. I’ve given Harrell’s multiple tries—spending over 10 minutes rinsing—and still leave with residue. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, or maybe they just need better soap and stronger water pressure. They still get four stars because of the overall availability with multiple bays. You can always get a wash at Harrell's.”
