These guys are awesome. Got into an accident and had a tight timeline. They did what they could to get me back on the road without hassling me for extra business. I only paid for a little bit of labor and now I'm on my way. Next time I need a collision center I'm coming back to these guys.

Dead car that did not respond to jumping the battery. Thought it might be aternator or ignition switch. Poynter recommended the tow service they use. They did their technical analysis & found out almost immediately that it was the battery, which was under warranty. Much cheaper than I was expecting! ??

I recently purchased a used vehicle via the internet from Bob Poynter. The vehicle was promptly delivered. Upon inspection I found a dent that wasn’t detected in the pictures online. I contacted the sales staff and forwarded a few pictures of the area. The sales staff was very accommodating and responded quickly to repair the issue. I would not hesitate in purchasing another vehicle from Bob Poynter or using their repair center. The staff was understanding, quick to follow up, and did an excellent job fixing the issue. These are not used car salesmen. This group believes in making their customers part of the Poynter family. I know where I’ll look first for my next vehicle. Bob Poynter!

Bob Poynter’s Collision Service fixed and replaced my bumper quick, fast and promptly contacted me when the repair was completed. They previously service my car in January when it was hit on drivers side on the interstate. They’re quick, knowledgeable, very polite and down to earth. Great group of guys there and I would absolutely go back to them to handle all my collisions needs and I highly recommend them.
