  Terry always provides excellent customer service. The office is clean and brightly lit.Never a long wait.

  They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all.

  I never have any issues or trouble with this post office. I prefer it over the other ones & there is hardly ever more than 1-2 people in line, if that. My packages usually show as scanned in on my selling platforms within an hour or so.
