When they took over Red Dot Storage I had auto pay set up with Red Dot, of course it didn’t transfer over and I almost lost my unit due to this.
Also, my husband is a proud Vet. SROA, who is definitely not proud Americans, took away the VA discount. That is sad!!

I was having issues with the website and Shantal was great! She was very pleasant and helped me by setting up my account an walking me through the steps I needed to take to complete my agreement and payment. She was very patient and stayed on the phone with me until I was done. Other companies can learn a lot from her CS skills. ?

Don’t recommend this storage facility. They have double the price of the unit, got it in 2019 for $90 a month and it is now $180 a month, go somewhere that will not take advantage of you like this place does.

Shaquille was extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly, patient in assisting me with my need of an additional storage unit ASAP!Wish ALL customer representatives were so kind and professional in their daily interactions with the public! You never know on the other end of the line what dilemma and/or heartbreak a customer may be experiencing in their personal life, such as myself just losing my son!I sincerely appreciated his kind demeanor!May God bless him!Cynthia Grace

I purchased an auction unit (storage wars type thing). The facility is newer, clea n well laid out, easy to maneuver my truck cargo trailer combo. 24 hour access very nice experience.

It states you can set up online and you cannot. I submitted the rental inquiry twice online in 24 hours, never contacted me back. I finally called to get set up and that was fairly simple. The main gate has been open every time I stop to drop something off, so the secure site really doesn’t apply.

Very easy to rent . The storage facility is very secure and maintained . Only issue is would like to have someone on site just in case if an issue did arise .

This place is Great! If you need a excellent facility to store your belongings I would highly recommend Red Dot. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Any storage needs I have will definitely be with them.

Some storage facilities can be difficult to set up whether it's hidden fees or just bad management but red dot has their act together. Not needing to go thru someone to rent a unit was really nice the prices are great too.

Problem 1: I didn't know how to get the green tag with wires through the lock holes off so I could access my unit. Loss of Day 1 use. Day 2 once phone was answered, the agent told me to twist back and forth and it would break. That worked.Problem 2: The piece that needed to slide over to be able to open the unit would not budge. I'm guessing it needed oil. I spent considerable time and much physical effort to finally get it to the open position.Problem 3: Once I unloaded from my truck into the unit, the slide did not want to go back into position needed to lock the unit. Called and spoke with an agent who had no suggestions of what might be wrong. He advised me all he could do was transfer me to a different unit. I was livid and said Are you KIDDING me??!! I would have to load up from the unit to my truck to move to a different unit and unload again. Im hot and tired with an appointment to get to and that is all he could do with no estimate of how long until I'd get the call (still waiting). He would escalate my problem so that a supervisor when available would call me... So while waiting I kept trying to get it to move back to correct position. I was making sure it was all the way closed when I realized it was not staying all the way down. So I put my foot on the handle while I tried to move it and it worked. Too bad their agents didn't have a list of what causes problems such as mine. So we'll see how long till a supervisor calls. Also I'll see when I go back if it will slide to the open position normally. I'll probably take some WD40 just in case. Not happy so far with Red Dot.
