Helpless employees. Unwilling to resolve check cashing issues.

I would not suggest this, Bank and I will be looking Into banking options at other places. I have continuously tried to deposit money in my account through the ATM and every time there is an issue with the ATMs excepting cash at that time.

This 4 star is specifically because of extra mile service by Cory Hisch. I was a 15yr long customer ready to close all accounts and walk away from PNC due to small fees I couldn't understand why I was incurring. For over a month, Cory investigated and wouldn't stop until he had answers for me, restoring my faith in their care for their customers.

I rush to PCN after work because they are open until 6:00 pm. I get there at 5:43 pm. The lady in the front office says she can’t help me open a checking account because they close in 15 minutes. What a joke. Thanks but no thanks. If I have to wait to open an account I will wait to open one elsewhere. I won’t even go into details about this women’s condescending attitude towards me when I told her I will find a different bank. #stayclassyPCN

This location is garbage and treats people like second class citizens. We bank with USAA and PNC is an atm preferred partner. I was shorted $20 at the ATM. They counted the money multiple times and agreed that it didn’t match my withdrawal records but refused to issue the $20. They are thieves. If you don’t have an account with them, they refuse assistance. They absolutely will not assist you what so ever. I was told that since they cannot look up a PNC account they wouldn’t help me with this issue. Even though the teller counted the money and it was short. Not only that, they wouldn’t give me larger bills. Worst service I’ve had anywhere. The fake red head was also just plain rude.To add insult to injury the lady was literally blowing up balloons for someone’s birthday while I waited for assistance with my 2 yr old.

Opened checking account with a a check of over $2,000. I understood it would take a fair amount of time to clear due to the amount, even though it was a insurance check. It took 3 weeks for funds to made available, only to freeze them again for some unexplained reason. Till this day, no one can explain why. Finally, funds were released. As time progressed, I noticed that this bank is very fee driven. Lol...they tell me I must keep a $1,000 minimum balance (first it was $400), yet I have emails telling me $100.00 minimum balance. Couldn't get account closed quick enough. And to pour salt in the wound they inflict, they charge you a closing fee. Wow.

I understand we have a new normal in society right now, but pnc is the only bank I know of that still has not opened their lobby back up for clients. And still not opening until 10? I fail to see how opening later protects anyone from the virus. And only one employee running the drive thru that has a line 20 cars long?? You're about to lose quite a few clients if you guys don't catch up with the other banks.

Same problem as others, trying to open a new account for my Granddaughter, joint account. The reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because of one employee, Julia, Sales and Service Associate. I had two things in mind, the first was closing out my current accounts and taking my money somewhere else. The second was getting the new account opened. One of those things were going to happen that morning, 4th attempt. If it wasn't for Julia I would be banking somewhere else, hang on to her. The reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the bank itself, it's a busy branch, hire some more employees. Maybe at least someone who works Tues - Sat so you have more Sales Associates on Saturdays and through most of the week. Someone just like Julia. Good job young lady!

Tried on 3 different occasions to open a new account. first 2 there was no one there that can do that and the third I scheduled a time, showed up on time as you should and waited 20 min before leaving and going to another branch. I had to reschedule my lunch to make the time they wanted and still wasted time.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The tellers at this branch are incompetent to say the least. When trying to discuss fees on the account I was advised to contact PNC's voice banking line to discuss why I was charged a fee. Come to find out the line transfers for you to an available teller at another local branch. The teller that answered informs me that original teller I spoke with could have resolved my issue without me having to contact the voice banking line. Such a unnecessary waste of time! Dont waste your time at the Sellersburg, IN branch. They are a bunch of morons!
