“I had taken my 2007 HHR to Mr. Zee when I first needed an oil change and I was was very impressed with the service I received. Thereafter any problems I had with my HHR I took to him! Mr. Zee and his staff put pride in everything that they do. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed and he's fair.

“Had alignment emergency on my older model Tesla and had stopped by or called most of the shops in Jeffersonville that do alignments. Practically nobody was able to because they didn’t have the right system or software or something or the other.Tesla service center in Louisville has no appointments available for two weeks.Firestone on Broadway in Louisville was the only place I could even select Tesla on the website for alignment. The guy at Firestone also could not do my particular model and just referred me to Tesla SC.I begged the guy to do it and he tells me to go to Michel Tires in Jeffersonville on 10th street and ask for Paul. I almost didn’t bother, expecting to hear another guy explain that can’t do it.Thank God I stopped in. What a great experience. Its a great crew they have there too. You would have never even known it was a problem for anyone. He just put me in the system, took my keys, and about an hour later I see my car back outside. No questions asked.They finished it in half the time it would take at the service center and they charge me less than half of what Tesla would.Alignment is great. I kick myself for passing that Michel Tires up when I started looking. If I would have come here first, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and miles.Even just seeing them with all of the other customers. They treated everyone’s car like it was their baby. Overheard some of them and everyone seemed as excited and relieved about their car as I was.I will definitely trust these guys with my wheels and tires more than I do Tesla going forward. If you own one, you know how bad and expensive the service is. Do yourself a favor and check with these guys before you go to Tesla for your wheel and tire issues.”
“This would have been 5-Stars but they use an off-shore call center to schedule appointments. Call quality was horrible, lots of "dead air" to the point that I thought the call had dropped. It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and it ended with me being unsure if I had scheduled anything.
The staff at the physical location were fantastic!!! Professional, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely recommend.”
“My car overheated and a warning came on to stop immediately and turn off the engine. After letting the car cool off, I drove to this Valvoline and received a full-service oil change and asked about the engine coolant. Everyone there was very professional! There was a piece that needed to be ordered, and they tried really hard to patch it until the part could come in. I had to travel that day, and they told me it should be fine, but if I had any problems to call them. About 50 miles into my trip, the car overheated again when the temporary fix couldn't hold up. I called. The manager, Christina Smith, personally spoke to me on the phone. Instead of leaving me stranded on the side of the road, she drove to another Valvoline to pick up the part I needed to replace and drove the 50 miles to where I was stranded to replace the part for me at no extra charge. She was more concerned for my safety than about being inconvenienced during her workday. Also, her willingness to go to another store and pick up the part and meeting me where I was stranded saved me a towing bill and at least 2 more days of missed work from not having a working vehicle while waiting for a part to arrive. It's not often you see someone go above and beyond- Thank you, Christina!!!”

“Awesome service. I brought my own tires from their website that I ordered. They mounted them today when I called and ask for installation. My car was too low, but they let me remove my wheels in the parking lot and installed the new tires for me instead of turning me away. This shop worked with me and we're 100 dollars cheaper than other shops. I recommend this shop to anyone. Great service.”

“Had 4 tires installed. Anthony is one that help me and installed tires. He was very good and explained everything and pricing. Only thing was, it took longer then I expected, but understandable due to other customers. Not bad as other reviews inputs. At least not for me”
