“I have shopped at our Kroger in St. Matthews (Hubbards Lane) for over 25 years and think it's a nice place to shop. We have many other grocery options nearby like Whole Foods, Walmart, Target & Trader Joe's (my other go-to). They keep evolving with the times, with curb service groceries, etc. The produce is good quality for the $. The little clinic is handy. Many of the people at this Kroger have been working there a long time and are very friendly. My minor beef is with the deli. It takes forever to get meat sliced. The system they used to have was great because you could order at a kiosk and come back at the end of your shopping to pickup.”

“I visit this location quite often. The employees are always helpful. They speak when you enter the store and they're easily accessible if/when their assistance is needed. I can usually find products I'm looking for. But it seems the rare products, ones not sold at many pharmacies, I have to go to Walgreens. This store is always clean and organized. And the pharmacy employees are helpful when health related questions need answering. Their sales are always welcomed that normally consist of buy one and get the second item 50% off. The other cool thing about CVS is that your printed receipt comes with coupons to be used on future visits. The only drawback is that the expiration date is usually a few days or weeks out not giving you adequate time to take advantage. Overall, I like shopping at CVS and would recommend.”

She was pretty busy, but didn't seem upset to show me where I could find this particular product and it was cute that she lowered her voice when she was telling me it was in the feminine hygiene aisle. She also helped me in using a coupon for the product. I really appreciate her and thank Walgreen's for hiring her.”
