No one wants to actually do there job here I feel like. Not sure what's changed from a year ago but we used to deal with them all the time. Now me and my employees get transferred and ultimately just hung up on. Very poor service.

I've done countless business with lkq over the last several years, last few times I've called, I get put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour before giving up and hanging up. I have a business to run, I can't stay on the phone. Everyone is busy, but this is unprofessional and I won't be doing business here anymore. I've installed between 15 and 30 engines a year over the last 7-8 years of lkq's.

Just like many others.. general population cannot get through to anyone regarding parts. they want you to do it yourself online. they only seem to answer the phone if you were a repair shop or insurance. Which in my case I will shop around for that thousand dollar part to where somebody will at least answer the phone.

The main issue is the poor customer service when just inquiring about prices, and to initially order the part I called multiple times and was put on hold several times. Once I FINALLY got through to speak to someone I was sitting in the parking lot. After she took my information and I told her I was actually in the parking lot had cash etc. She says they don’t accept cash it HAS to be credit or debit card and placing my order at the point and time (approx.1:20 pm) I would be over the allotted pick up window so the earliest I could pick up the part is the next day, at this point my frustration was at its peak. Had they answered the phone and hold times weren’t so extreme I definitely would NOT have missed the “pick up time frame” which was 3pm. At the end of the day I still need my vehicle repaired so I chopped it up as horrible customer service. AUTUMN apparently was having a bad day and I almost let it put me in a sour mood as well. So the next day when I go to pick up my part the gentleman brings out another customer’s order and that customer clearly pays cash. Arrived at the store a little before 9am only to find out that there are "new store hours" opening at 9am and not 8am as the website and Google maps state. Being as it is a hike to get to their store, I think the courtesy of updating their website and Google would have been an amazing act of kindness and courtesy to their loyal customers.

Good products at a reasonable price with helpful staff. The shop I work at utilize them and we rarely have had an issue.
