Worst place to get your taxes done. Waited well past my appointment time, my return was messed up twice, resulting in me having to come back in multiple times to sign paperwork. Now, 2 months later after still not receiving a refund I am finding out that I am having to get it amended, because they filed incorrectly. Even the IRS told me to never file with HR BLOCK. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Filed my taxes as single even when telling them I was married. Questioned the senior tax analyst, multiple times, and he assured me it was correct. Wife was filing separately but married. Now an amendment is needed and the office manager was very rude.

I was not provided upfront pricing and was shocked by the expense. I uploaded my documents and didn't hear anything for five days, so I was unsure if someone had received the files/information. The manager (Sierra) that followed up with me was knowledgeable and understanding and provided the appropriate level of concern for my situation.

Not sure why we made an appointment and they sent us 3 reminderes. We've been waiting an hour already and theres only 2 people here. I think they should talk more about his cousins uncles wife and who had a heart attack 30 yrs ago and why so and so doesn't work at dollar general anymore. No, I'm totally interested. I don't have anything else to do today.
