“Noah was very patient with us as we tried to navigate our own confusing reservation. We initially were going to stay at the Quality inn down the road but because of some concerning things and the unhelpful staff we left to look elsewhere. We were very happy at Days inn.”

“Rooms are sparse but clean and well-kept. Walls are thin so good luck sleeping if your neighbor uses the television. I get why they group rooms together when the house isn't full but some space between occupied rooms, when an option, would be great. The toilet was dated and could do with replacing. In a perfect world there would be a bidet. Staff are fantastic, as always when I visit this location. Location is near major routes and some chain restaurants as well as box-store shopping.”

“I truly love this hotel. We've been booking the jacuzzi rooms for quite some time now. Love the rooms when we need wind down time. But for some reason, we have yet to enjoy the indoor pool. Why? It's closed every time we visit. I enjoy swimming or soaking in a hot tub while visiting and traveling. And it's very disappointing to know I can't swim at one of my favorite locations. Hopefully I will soon.”

“Fantastic, this TownePlace is a hidden gem. Immediately the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. I had a very late check in and was upgraded due to my status and the room was absolutely great. Comfy beds, nice kitchen space, CLEAN! It’s not a new Marriott by any means but it sure feels like it’s been taken care of. The General manager knows what she’s doing with the place. The town is quiet and has an absolutely beautiful view, pubs and restaurants down the street, and the Bridge walk at night is lovely. Great find and I’ll be sure to make this my new location when passing by. They were willing to let us rearrange the space to fit our needs, and all of our out-of-town attendees loved the charm of the home. “Nice hotel, very quiet considering it’s near a major road. Looks more like a very small apartment complex as the walk up to the rooms is entirely outside and so are the stairs if your room is on the second floor like our 1 bed suite was. The inside of the room was also set up like an apartment with a full kitchen (sink, some dishes and silverware, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, and I believe a stove and oven as well) With counter space and a built in table.
There’s no elevator for those with mobility problems so be sure to request a room on the ground floor if you need it. Lugging a heavy suitcase up to the second floor was a little dicey and I’m able-bodied.
When we were searching for a hotel we found a lot of “pet” friendly hotels that really only meant dog friendly, so I was relieved to find this place. They do charge a $100 non refundable pet fee (I’m pretty sure that’s what the amount was, but don’t quote me on it), however, the suite was more than big enough for the 3 of us to each have our personal space. We didn’t have room service clean the two days we were there because I was afraid our kitty would bolt, so I can’t speak to how well all that would work out for anyone else with a cat they’d plan to leave in the room by themselves for a few hours.
Check in process was quick. No problems with anything breaking in the room. No bugs, no noise, no shady people in the lot. We didn’t use the pools or eat breakfast in the main building.”

“We had to find a hotel for some sleep at like 3am after traveling for hours. Every other hotel I called went straight to a call center and it was very time consuming to even find out if the hotel had availability. But when I called this hotel the front desk answered and very quickly told me they had a room. Check in was easy. The room left much to be desired but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The a/c worked great. We had no problems.”

“I was initially nervous based on the other reviews but my stay ended up being great. My room was clean, with comfortable beds, working AC, microwave, fridge, & WiFi. I didn't experience the musty smell that others mentioned. The front desk was friendly and efficient and even offered free coffee and tea in the afternoon. It was quiet. There's a Golden Corral buffet restaurant next door which I walked to and enjoyed. Neighborhood seemed fine.”

“This was a horrible stay! We checked in late the guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Got to the room smelled like cigarettes smoke and stains on the floor. The bed was very comfortable but there where no USB ports to charge any of our devices. When we woke up to get breakfast and walked in the hall there was a horrible smell my husband and I both gaged. If you are looking for a great hotel breakfast this would be the wrong place. They only had waffles ,cereal, toast, and yogurt.I will never stay here again waste of money!”
