If I could give them a zero I would. After the experience we’ve had, we will never trust them again with our cars. The service supervisor doesn’t follow through with what he says he will to try to fix the problem, and the whole situation is just shady. He told us one month ago he would submit our claim to Ford after we spent $2,500 on new tires and to fix our axel while we were a thousand miles away on vacation in Colorado and Wyoming for a road trip after our NEW back tires blew out due to having a fixed axel. We brought our car in to Jim O’Neal a year prior to this trip to have recalls on our car done, which is what resulted in our tires blowing out (while we were on vacation with our 2 and 3 year old in the car), and they have failed to own up to this. Poor workman ship was done on our car because that should have NEVER happened. We called Ford and they stated they have not received a single thing from them after Jim O’neal’s service supervisor Mr. Whitaker stated he sent the claim. We have also been requesting a copy of the receipt to show what was done with our car since the end of June. Diane stated she would get this for us, but every time we’ve called since we’ve been told she’s on vacation. Apparently she’s been on vacation a month and nobody else is capable of printing out a copy of a receipt. We have wasted too much time, energy, and money that we will never trust this dealership again, and likely will never buy a Ford again. I’m not one to make reviews, but I felt empowered after our awful experience and felt it was warranted.

I had a great experience as a first time car buyer. Dylan was very helpful. Some sales people are pushy, but Dylan was relaxed and let me choose a car at my own pace. It was an all around great experience and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I reached out to Jim O'Neal Ford and first got ahold of a manager, Kenny. He immediately got me connected w/Jason, the salesman who did sell us my Equinox. They made the process easy by being transparent, negotiable, and kept my husband and I informed throughout the process. They were not "too much" in the way that I find many other car dealership staff to be (pushy, hovering, etc.). They were relaxed and allowed me to think and make an informed decision.

I had a great experience buying from Jim O’Neal Ford. I remember pulling off the lot with my dad back in 1972 with his brand new F150. And so it continues. The guys at Jim O’Neal treat you like family!

The salesman , Shawn Robleoff, was quick to greet us. He was very polite and was not at all pushy. On the test drive, him and Tim talked about hunting and fishing and seemed like old friends catching up on old times. He made our time very comfortable and pleasant. BTW, we absolutely LOVE our truck. It couldn’t be any more perfect.

These people are absolutely INCREDIBLE! They went out of their way to assist me, and got me into my Bronco Sport, Big Bend. I absolutely love my new vehicle, and I could not be more happier with the overall experience dealing with these guys, and my vehicle. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. Bruce Walker made it simple, and easy. I bought a used vehicle they made sure it was basically brand new when I picked it up! They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use while mine was getting a new part. I highly recommended them and they were highly recommended to me!

great service dept. had transmission and clutch replaced. fixed long time oil leak, wheel bearing and couple other bugs. car is very happy now ☺️

I would and will highly recommend Jim O'Neal to everyone. Everyone from the manager to the sales and finance people went above and beyond anything me and my husband had ever experienced before at any big name dealer. They we're able to get us out of one vehicle into a brand new one with an even cheaper monthly payment. I can confidently say we will most definitely be getting all our new Ford vehicles and service done at Jim O'Neal. Especially Zac and Todd.
