Never really write reviews, they’re so understaffed and the people working are obviously over it. The older ladies are rude, and the people really just don’t have a work ethic. A couple super solid workers, but that’s about it.

The pharmacy staff is generally rude and it takes days to get prescriptions filled that would take an hour or two elsewhere. I only go here to save money because of my insurance. Dealing with this pharmacy is almost always a negative experience.

I hate this place! I'm forced to use their pharmacy which is never fully staffed. I've waited 30 minutes for them to answer their phone. Prescription refills are always late. This place needs a major overhaul!

Both of the practitioners that we have seen at the Minute Clinic have been so helpful and kind. We really appreciate being able to get in quickly and the quality of care. Also, the pharmacy is AMAZING at filling scrips very quickly and we appreciate all their hard work!

The phone service is impossible to get through to talk to someone, once you say the right combo of words and prompts and get transferred you will be on hold until You either give up or die from what ever it is you are needing meds for

As others have experienced, I've called and been yelled at and hung up on as well. It's clear this pharmacy just doesn't care and for some bizarre reason the pharmacy keeps these employees even though surely everybody there must know exactly what's happening. The most recent encounter, I waited an hour on hold only for someone to pick up the call and immediately hang up without even speaking. I waited another hour on hold only to have someone scream at me, "I can't hear you!" several times and then hang up. They simply don't want to deal with customers. I've used this pharmacy for years, and it's only the past several months these things keep happening. Pretty sure they'd be glad if we just go to another pharmacy.

I hate writing negative reviews, but as a years long customer of this CVS location, I am so terribly frustrated and disappointed in the service (really the lack of) that has been occurring for the last year or so. Every single time my Dr. calls in a prescription, it isn’t filled - it just sits in “processing” or “hold” status (per the app). I have to call (which often results in an indefinite hold or loop of automated messages that makes it incredibly difficult to reach a live, talking human). Lately, I’ve been driving to the pharmacy and asking them to process my pending prescription, which means another delay (“it will be ready this afternoon”) and yet another trip to the pharmacy. It shouldn’t be this hard to get your doctor prescribed medications filled in a timely manner. My family and I will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere.NOTE: There are a few pharmacy techs who are friendly and helpful, but you can tell they aren’t being given adequate support from their supervisors or company leadership..

BEWARE OF FRAUD GHOST ORDERS: I got a text alert saying they were processing my Rx order and they claimed my Dr. requested. I had not seen my Dr. and had not ordered this Rx for over a year. I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes, they finally answered and said their system will sometime process orders on its own! this is fraud! they charged it to my insurance and told my Dr. I wanted it, which was not true. I quit using CVS Sellerburg due to service issues. Last year they promised me I could pick up my Rx the next day after 1 p.m. and when I came to pick up the next day at 3p.m. they said we dont have it and dont know when we will have it in stock. they had a truck full of meds but were too busy to check it in. so I left and got it via mail order pharmacy. CVS staff were rude and hateful and refused to let me talk to a pharmacist, so I took my business elsewhere. I had that Rx transferred to the mail order pharmacy and 1 year later they try to ghost order it. Not good! How is that even legal?

The pharmacy manager is extremely rude, she hangs up on you, yells at you and refuses to listen. She misread my account and refused to fill my medication even though it was due and when she realized her mistake, refused to admit it, called my doctor and lied about me yelling and cursing at her and told him that she will no longer fill my prescriptions. Then told my husband that picked up my medication that I yelled and cursed at her and refused to fill any more of my medication. Fortunately, my husband heard two of our phone conversations where she yelled at me and hung up on me while I remained calm and just tried to talk to her and he told her so. I called 1800SHOPCVS. If you have had a bad experience, please call and speak with the corporate pharmacy manager and make your complaints known. That’s the only way to make change. I am calling every other day until they tell me I can fill medications there again because I did NOTHING wrong.

Pharmacy really needs to step it up with their attitude and customer service. (Always rude with customers or eachother) The cashiers at the front were wonderful. Esp while watching them train a new employee on her first day!
