I love it when I have a meal and feel better afterwards. It's just an amazing bonus that's it's delicious as well. This is what nutrition should be. I will never miss an opportunity to come back here.

This is one of my favorite places! The loveliest people work there and the teas are fantastic (!!) and my mom loves the smoothies especially. Cannot recommend enough, the drinks are refreshing and the atmosphere is comfortable and personable!

We ordered two teas with immunity boosts and two protein donuts! The kind girl behind the counter was lovely. Very friendly and helpful with all of the options on the menu. The teas were good, we felt like they maybe had artificial sweetener and neither of us are huge fans, but we may just be the wrong audience as a lot of people are totally fine with that type of sweet! The protein donuts were kind of spongy and had a faint taste of chocolate, but honestly all protein baked goods we've had are pretty similar!
It is a little costly but most health conscious places are higher priced due to the health benefits!

Hours are never consistent with when they’re actually open. You miss out on a whole group of people for business. I drove out here this morning because the website said it was open— and it most certainly wasn’t. This is upsetting.

I’ve tried many protein shakes and treats but NOTHING compares to Bova’s! Not only are the shakes, coffees, teas, etc delicious and healthy, the whole experience is personable, fun, and friendly! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Please check her out, you’ll come back for more! Pictured is two of the seasonal shakes: Christmas tree cake & Christmas sugar cookie! Both 230-250 calories and packed with protein and yumminess!

First of all, the owner is the friendliest! She remembers me by my first name and I'm always greeted with a smile. You can tell she truly loves and is passionate about what she's doing. The protein donuts that I've tried so far are great! The teas are amazing!! I'm also gluten free and she's great about checking the ingredients in the donuts for me. She's also very supportive of people and other businesses in the community. Definitely stop by and meet her and give it a try!

I drive past this place pretty often and finally decided to check it out. I went with a tea and it tasted amazing! It’s a little pricey, but worth stopping in at least once to try it out.

Super chill atmosphere and the drinks are always delicious! Love supporting a veteran owned business! I try to stop by before morning classes and the owner is always so welcoming. I love loaded teas on days where I need a boost but coffee might heighten my anxiety. Recommend if you want a light snack or want to try something new! ♥️ The Captain America tea is my FAVE and highly recommend the chocolate lovers protein shake!
