I came here a couple weeks ago to get an oil change and tire rotation before a road trip. Time was a little tight due to having to leave the next day, and, of course, they had other customers to take care of as well. I was also busy the day of getting prepared for the trip. Matt and the crew were great in working with me, and they clearly listed out my options on how we could get the work done in time and get the keys transferred. Everything worked out as expected, and we had a great trip with some peace of mind thanks to Matt and the crew.

Big O’ Tires did good to me! I had a blowout on the highway. Both my right tires blew. I hit an obstacle in the road. I still have not figured out what it was. I tried going to Walmart but it was going to be over a week before they could get it done. I immediately went to Big O’ Tires. They got it done the same day. My tires were over $800 but guess what? They will last longer and I have a warranty. Big O’ Tires really showed up Walmart tremendously!

Excellent customer service! I was so happy to get my flat fixed within hours. Also they worked to match the new tire with my existing tire tread.

I’m very please with the service I’ve received at Big O’s in Sellersburg! Though I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Corey’s level of customer service is paramount. Simply providing good communication goes a long way. I would recommend this location.

So I've been here quite a bit with my trouble child mustang and they normally do a good job but this time was horrible. I took in my car for a lean on bank 2 light, they look at it and say 5 of my cylenders are running low compression and I need a new engine which i thought was strange as the engine sounded normal and had no power loss. The young guy at the desk ( did a great job by the way but cant remember his name) says for me to come get it and he will have the mechanic explain in more detail. I go in and the young guy talks to the manager about haveing the mechanic come out and talk with me and the manager says "he is working on a job he has to complete today. Just Tell him he needs a new engine ". You guys arr telling me I need a new engine in my car which cheap is $9000 and you can't have someone come out and give me more info? Hearing him say that made me pissed off and If they didn't still have my keys I would have walked out. So, I pay the diagnostic fee and decide to take my car to Eddie Gilstrap Ford and have them run a compression test and check the engine without telling them I had already been at big o. They tell me the engine looks and sounds good but they would recommend a thicker oil. The bank 2 light has not come back and the car runs great. I don't think I will be returning to big o which is sad as they are so close by. Also on a side note, thier tires are way over priced. For a set of 4 of there medium level, they wanted over $1000. From the dealer, for the same quality tire, I paid 780 for the tires, install, and balance.

Waited 8 minutes before anybody even said anything to me. There were 3 men behind the counter. They didn't say, I will be with you shortly. I was just about to go somewhere else.

$28 to replace a $2 valve stem on a small trailer tire! Back to the State Street location for me. Also be advised that if you go to the website and select this store it gives you options for tire repair, tire balance, and tire rotation. Then after you make your appointment you will be notified that this particular location doesn't make appointments for those services.
