I was traveling from Chicago to Lexington. Had an emergency breakdown of my alternator on a Sunday night. First thing Monday morning they made me a priority, got everything done in about two hours and got me on the road again. Even gave me a military discount. God bless these boys.

I recently had an excellent experience with Advanced Auto Service and the owner, John. John was incredibly responsive, honest, and accessible throughout the entire process. When I called, he assured me that he could fit me in right away. After dropping off my car, John quickly called me with an honest diagnosis, informing me that he wouldn’t be able to repair my car due to an engine recall from Kia. He provided me with the code and didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Additionally, John ensured the tow company successfully transported my car to Kia for the necessary service.
Advanced Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend, and she was absolutely right about the quality of their service. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Service for anyone in need of a trustworthy and efficient auto repair shop. Thank you, John, for your exceptional service!
