I made the mistake of using a box dye didn't have enough and wound up looking like a calico cat. At the time I told them that I'm getting married in about a month. My wedding is now 12 days. I went in for color correction and the lady told me all she could do is dye it darker. I wanted my hair to be lighter but I don't know anything about hair so I went with what she said. She did a trim, some sort of mask shampoo, and the coloring. When we were done I could still see the color coming through but it didn't seem that bad. It could kind of be pulled off as like a highlight of some sort. She called it something I don't remember. So I was just like okay whatever It's fine. Then I went home and was looking at it more in a different light and could see where the splotches were before coming through slightly. But again I was like whatever it is what it is. However, after a couple washes I am back to looking like a calico. I wasn't going to leave a review but I've reached out to the place I've left a message. I've talked to someone there and I've also called and text the person that actually did my hair and no one has gotten back with me! So now I'm out like 110 bucks. I don't know if that's expensive for a trim, a dye and a hair mask or not but it's expensive for hair that I'm not happy with and the color is washing out! It wouldn't even have been that big of a deal if someone would have just got back ahold of me and helped me fix it. But now I'm irritated and ticked off because I only have 10 days left before I leave for my wedding and have to find someone somewhere to fix my hair and now I'm so close to the wedding that I'm super nervous and have a million things to do. Plus I don't think it's good to just keep dying your hair to fix it. I don't know but I'm not happy with this place at the moment!

My wife and I moved into this area and looking for a nice hair salon to cut and style our hair. These were the worst haircuts we have ever had by 'Carly'. We must have received the most junior person in the salon. We both asked her how we wanted to cut and style our hair. Now we will need to find another salon to fix these bad cuts. We guess this is why we did not need to wait long for an appointment. Honesty is the best policy.
