Wonderful experience. The only towing company I could get to help me when I was stranded with a flat tire. Bryan went above and beyond in helping me today. Can’t say enough great things about him!

mechanics were in the launch for 1 hour, checked my trl for maximum 30 min and then in invoice were $350. Just for inspection of the trailer. As they didn't manage to find the issue on my trl.

This business is the most unprofessional and rudest I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy!!! Called to ask about getting my car back at 5:02pm the guy said Business office is closed and I have to call back at 8:30 in the morning and I ask can you at least tell me how much it is so I know what to expect guy responds with “ I’m gonna tell you this one more time Is closed and opens at 8:30” And I said so you can’t even provide a rough estimate and he responded with. (In a load Condescending voice)” Are you not listening? This is the after hours you have to call at 8:30” and then proceeded to hang up the phone.

Only left one star cause I had to anyway when a 17 year old girl gets in her first wreck that was not her fault by the way her truck not even totalled tells mom hey it's 600 dollars to tow it from here to Salem so unsuspecting mom well just tow it to ur lot maybe half mile away and then tell her 1400 dollars to get the kids truck out....picture it scott county 2024...if ur kid ever in a accident or u do not deal with these ppl. Well they weren't even given a choice to deal with them they all went totally against the mom ? o sorry this happened by Scottsburg CVS

This place is a joke. What about trying to charge a 17 year old girl $1400 to get her truck out of impound cause someone hit her. How is it $1400 to move a vehicle a mile down the road. Tell her mother $600 to tow it to Salem or $1400 to pick it up at the lot oh and $55 dollars a day that it's there. How is it $800 dollars more just to pick the truck up than to have it towed? I will never use them again or recommend anyone else to them. Westside towing in Austin is so much better just saying. They would of never pulled no stuff like this.

3 hrs faster including a 15 min drive to get a tire fixed than loves. I was "second" in line at loves I might add.

**UPDATE** Called the office again and questioned the price of tow and was informed the 1400 is the insurance company price. My price to get the vehicle would be cheaper. Said “we work with people on that”. So I was charged 225 tow bill 55 a day and was able to get it out for 555 and another 120 tow bill to Salem. Had I been informed of this information I would have paid the vehicle out the first day they had it………. A girl pulled out in front of my daughter. They Towed my daughter’s truck from CVS to their lot. 1400 tow bill plus 55 a day to get it out. We have property and liability insurance and the truck is far from totaled. It knocked the steering out. I ask the guy on the phone to tow it to Salem he said 600 would be the tow bill so I said well take it to your lot then (a half mile down the road) thinking it would be cheaper. Haha jokes on me ?

Rude staff! They hide the details in the prices and hit you with a big bill later. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else first.
