This store was completely awful. There was an older woman that worked up at the checkout, and I was having complications at the self checkout line, and I had a child with autism. She started to throw a tantrum, then began to say this is the reason why people need to discipline their children she had no right to say that to me or to my child. It was completely disrespectful and if you ask me, she should’ve lost her job over it.

For some reason, you can't get ahold of this CVS by phone. Then when you try the prescriber line desperate to just get your kids meds, they will literally slam the phone down rather than talk to a patient. Biggest reason why CVS is the worst pharmacy out there. Dramatic much

Just had the worse experience talking to the pharmacy wanted to sign up for the RX sync and they gave me a partial of one of my medications and then on the app it says no they are not going to fill it get it together or quit your job
And just like another person who left a review I was shorted medication and they basically told me I was insane
I have never been treated so bad in my life and I was in a domestic violence relationship
He hung up on me when I was trying to explain to him he never let me get a sentence out

Damon and Bri are amazing people and employees. I went to CVS last night to pick up a few things, and an elderly lady was struggling to walk within the store. Bri walked with the lady the entire time she was in the store, helping her carry her stuff and allowing her to hold on to her arm. Damon helped out when the lady was ready to leave. Both Damon and Bri probably spent over 20 minutes helping the lady both inside and outside of the store, and helped her get down off the sidewalk and into to her car where her caregiver within the vehicle never helped. They were so patient, kind, and generous people to do what they did and were so caring with her throughout the entire process. We need more people in the world like Damon and Bri.

My husband & I tried CVS pharmacy when we moved to this area summer 2023. The overall rating for the pharmacy is less than ONE star. We have lived & used pharmacies in at least 7 states. Here we have received tons of false statements, the wrong medication or the wrong amount of meds, rude speech & behavior by most in the pharmacy staff, false texts, failure to transfer medications & so much more. We found a new pharmacy in 2024 & have very few issues. Don't waste your time & health & just find another pharmacy.

Make sure you count all controlled medications prior to leaving the store. I have been shorted twice in the last two months. I always count my medications when I get them since I lived in a big city in the past. I was aware of unprofessional employees in the big city stealing controlled medication. Definitely didn’t expect a small town CVS would have an employee skimming off the top. I pay for my prescriptions. I don’t appreciate being shorted 5 days of medication and not be reimbursed for that shortage. When I asked about why I am being shorted, they accused me or my family taking the medication. Stating they count 2 a week. It’s possible employees can take medication and “state” there is the correct number of pills in the container. There is a reason why they hand you a stapled bag, so you and only you can open the bag knowing it hasn’t been tampered with once it left pharmacy, so yes I know my family nor I took the medications. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

The store is excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. The pharmacy on the other hand is a joke. They are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. They treat everyone like they are junkies and have no care or compassion for people that just want their meds. Go somewhere else, you’ll be glad you did.

Shelly tolan the store manager is AWFUL AWFUL..the store would be better off without her rude unprofessional attitude..she made me walk through the drive thru to pick up my babies medications..I have been at the hospital all night to be treated this way is unacceptable..

maybe if they stop hiring a bunch of Inbred hillbillies that store would have a better review.They constantly screw up prescriptions. Constantly fill the wrong items short change my medications, I have had to go in there at least 40 times in the past 3 months to get them to correct something they have screwed up and had to stand in line almost 2 hours to get the screw up corrected.CVS you need to hire intelligent people to work for you. These people you have now , don't have the skills to wipe their own rear ends let alone tie their shoes.Not to mentionThey are extremely Rude to customers esp minoritiesI have heard them use fowl language at customers too.
