Assisting a fellow disabled Veteran who has been taken advantage of by this dealership. We have gathered statements that the vehicle is a total, undrivable and uninsurable; independent body shop and his Insurance Agent have inspected the vehicle and provided statements. We have started the process to hold Dealer to account under the Indiana Lemon Law, contacting BBB and Legal representation, along with seeking redress with the assistance of Veterans Affairs services. Dealer has stated to the Veteran; too bad you bought it.

My car was serviced there and returned and the car is leaking oil or something from the bottom the check engine light is now on so I am worried. Called the manager and she will not help us MR. Bane is a 95 year old veteran and we just paid a significant amount of money to have this car service but the dealer won't help us please if you know John Jones or his wife please tell them they are cheating the public for monetary gain. If necessary I will call Channel 3 News or get a Lawyer I am tired of getting screwed. Ms. McAllister
