“I had some issues and originally posted a low review but not only did the manager reach out personally and apologize, she periodically messages me to ensure everything is good. Every place has a bad day every once and a while. They have really went above and beyond since then. Centra seems to have that small town feeling where they get to know you personally and real try to work with you. I bank with several other banks but Centra is my go to now. They also have the best rates on loans and you get loyalty money if you bank with them. They also have a credit card that earns you points when you use it.”
