This review is strictly for pharmacy .. very difficult to ever pick up scripts many days pharmacist is not available and the time it takes to pick up is just pretty crazy not to mention I have been told on numerous occasions they are limited on antibiotics so I am given a very small amount that won’t last enough till they can fill the rest of the prescription. Honestly my least favorite pharmacy.

Didn't Have Gillette Atra Plus on the Shelf. Didn't Have Diet Pepsi, Which it was on Sale. Got to the Counter with my Photos, and the credit card machine Didn't want to Except my Payment. Had to use Cash?. Disappointed on My Local Walgreens. ???

It's hard to pickup your scripts when there are frequent days without a Pharmacist on duty.

I gave two stars, because I'm sure there actually might be some respectful and/or competent employees that work here. I don't want them to take the heat for their coworkers that I have dealt with at the pharmacy.A week ago I spoke with the actual pharmacist himself, I needed a cough syrup. He explained that the one I needed was the same as Delsum, an OTC syrup. I told him, that I was way over my budget with OTC medications at about 250$. I needed my insurance to cover this, therefore I needed the prescription ordered. He said understood and he was ordering it from their warehouse and my prescription would be ready the following afternoon. Tomorrow comes and I get a call from Walgreens pharmacy, my prescription is ready for pickup. She tries to sell me Delsum, the OTC cough syrup. I re-explain myself to the pharmacy tech. She orders it from the warehouse, because all cough syrups are on back order. While waiting for my the medication to be shipped, I had a family emergency in a different part of the state. I haven't been able to pick up my medication. I just spoke to another pharmacy tech on the phone. I apologized and told her that I had to travel and have been gone, I will be picking up the medication tomorrow. This Gen-Z pharmacy tech actually snickered at me and got an attitude and said "It's only been 7 days!".My suggestion to anyone reading this:If you are this young girl I spoke with, attitudes are not cute.If you are the pharmacist I spoke with:You dropped the ball, sir.If you are a customer reading this:Go to Jewel osco pharmacy in dyer on US 30, they're extremely polite and professional and their warehouse ships much faster.

Overall the store is usually always clean so I’ll give them that however the associate Oscar needs to fix his customer service. He had such a terrible attitude and no customer service at all. The attitudes the associates have make a big difference.

Never had a problem here. I will say that I’ve run into people who don’t know how to use the call button at the Pharmacy drive-thru.

Terrible terrible customer service. Had a PCR test scheduled on Sunday at 3pm.Received all emails confirming my SUNDAY appointment at 3pm. Go to the drive thru show this email and ID. So I go, 4 cars a head of me, no problem, I wait. It was about 2:48 when I pulled up.When I finally got the window the woman told me WE’RE CLOSED. I told her I have a pcr test at 3. She told me I was at the wrong place because they close at 3 or there’sa mistake because they are CLOSED. Absolutely terrible

Ever since the medical center moved in, this Walgreens has become the most cramped and most avoidable Walgreens. The Walgreens is basically all in the corner, and it's pretty hard to find what you need.
