The location lists the wrong store hours. It says on Google that the store closes at 7 PM. We showed up at 6:09 PM, but the store employees decided to close the store an hour early. This is a huge waste of time and money for customers because of this poor behavior. Verizon responded saying their hours have been updated, but their website and Google still says 7 PM closing. I am curious why then that the store was closed when we showed up at 6:09 PM if the store doesn’t close until 7 PM. Mathematically this doesn’t make sense.

Store hours are basically at the employees’ discretion and do not match hours listed on Google. Currently they’re opened to 6 pm max. If you can go somewhere else do. The wait time are ungodly since they have a limited set of employees available during the store construction.

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would! I have had a terrible experience at previous Verizon stores but this location helped me with everything I needed and more. Madison was so friendly, listened to my concerns, and made this headache of an experience so much better. I appreciate this location for all their help and will be returning to this location and this location only!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! You don't deserve the 1 star I am giving to leave this review. The white woman in the front does not know a thing about how to switch devices, start new service, or make changes to an existing account. Yet she still has access to all of that..She is the reason why I am dealing with so much drama with Verizon. Thanks Random Verizon employee... FIND A NEW JOB PLEASE!!!!! Such a shame. I'll be switching services and NEVER look back! Garbage customer service here.

This is 0 star review for VERIZON and 5 star review for Ramirez Ariel this is the only person that is always able to take care of our Business Account whenever we have an issue. This is the only knowledgeable lady in Verizon that i have ever dealt with. Non of the assigned "supervisor" or "manager for your account" are going to help you. They either don't answer or you get the automatic reply on email that they are on vacation. Company definitely have internal issue with employees that they have no clue of what they are doing. Not to even mention that employee at 1245 Torrance Ave in Calumet City, IL provide me a phone number for scammers as i Customer Service number, because of course she couldn't help me to unlock my online access.

SALES PEOPLE WERE NICE
PLENTY OF PARKING
BUT FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL U AN APPLE PHONE UNLESS U SIGN UP AND GET A POSTS PAID ACCOUNT. I DIDN’T SIGN UP FOR A POST PAID BECAUSE THE PRE PAID HAS WORKED WELL FOR ME. I ASKED WHERE I CAN BUY A APPLE PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO BEST BUY OR WALMART. WELL THAT HAPPENED AND NEITHER STORE WAS ABLE TO SELL ME AN APPLE PHONE. I WAS TOLD BY TWO VERIZON REPRESENTATIVES THAT ALL AUTHORIZED LOCATIONS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SALE U A PHONE OUTRIGHT. SO WHEN I DECIDE TO DO THIS I HAVE SALES PERSONNEL TELLING ME THEY CANT SELL PHONES TO PRE PAID BUYING CUSTOMERS??!
THREE STARS OFF BECAUSE VERIZON AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIPS LOCATIONS HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER WITH ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS NOT JUSTS POSTS PAID ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS ONLY!!!

Came in without appointment was greeted immediately and offered assistance. Can’t comment enough on the outstanding level of professionalism, courtesy, and patience. Went in to do lengthy transaction. Phone trade in, add line, and set up Apple ID transmission on the trade in. GENA got everything done super fast, polite, and friendly. Thanks so much Gena

My mother and my brother went to this store yesterday to make some changes on my brother’s phone that he needed assistance with. My brother has some challenges, both physical and psychological. He doesn’t always get treated well when he leaves the house, getting him out of the house is sometimes a challenge. Joshua at this location treated my brother and my mother with dignity and respect and took great care of them and I greatly appreciate it. So much so, that I drove back to the store from Homewood Illinois To let Joshua and his manager know personally.

If I could give them less, I would. The experience my sister had at this location with the Manager, John, and Store Employee, Grant, was beyond reprehensible. We've been faithful customers for 10 years, and to receive such poor treatment is disheartening. Customer service is a dying art, and it's obvious it's on life support here, not only with management but also trickling down to the team members. The lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable. So much so that we are already in the process of transferring our 9 lines to a different provider. #can you hear me now ? NOPE ?? we’re with another provider ?
