“I had a check engine light fire a sensor that after trowing would intermittently return. Could not figure it out myself. Ton of to M&M Car Care in Merrillville for a diagnostic. They called the next day and told me it was repaired. They found a broken wire on the wiring harness for that sensor. I wish I would have just gone to them 1st so I didn't waste money and time replacing a good sensor myself, but lesson learned. The staff was great. From now on I'm just going to them in the first place.”

“Decided to go with this place for a CVT replacement in my Nissan based off of reviews and overall I'm glad I did, I waited several months to write a review so I didn't speak too soon and I did have one issue so far (at no fault of K&M) with the new CVT that was installed, they immediately took care of the problem and made sure that I was taken care of. “You know I have never had a fantastic experience like this before, or a most honest mechanic and owner as I did in Harold at Widco transmission. I took our mountaineer in to have my transmission rebuild and Harold called me a week later to let me know it wasn't the transmission at all. It was a problem with the drain plug and a crack. He fixed the crack changed the fluid out and fixed the drain plug. He saved me hundreds of dollars. I bless you Widco and thanks so much Harold for your utmost honesty. “Excellent service. Fast as well. Week later the problem I came in for still hasn’t return. They diagnosed the problem efficiently. If it wasn’t for the warranty coverage company delays. I would’ve been out of there in under an hour. Once my part arrived from the auto parts store. I was out of there in less than an hour afterwards. Considering I was a walk in, that’s pretty fast. Even without a warranty their prices are reasonable. They get the job done. Not sure if he is the owner, but the guy at the front desk is a great guy. Keeps you informed throughout the process. I will be back, and highly recommend this location”
“I was over an hour away from home with my toddler when my car started overheating and smoking. Thankfully I was right down the road from this shop. John was absolutely great; he got my car in right away, made sure I was comfortable and didn't need anything while I waited, and even though in the long run we weren't able to get it fixed that day, he still kept me updated along the way. I just went and picked up my car yesterday and it's better than before. I would definitely recommend them.”
