I have to brag on how awesome and ethical this company is... The person that helped me was Sherry and she was amazing and she was able to help me resolve an issue with a scratch I had on the trunk of my BMW. She got some stuff and came out and wiped my scratch away and they didn't charge me anything but a thank you.... I believe if I had went anywhere else I would have been charged... Very honest company I will forever give them my business...

I was recommended by BMW of Schererville to fix the repairs on my x4. I called and spoke to someone who stated if the insurance estimate didn't meet their quote I would have to pay out of pocket for the difference. I was also told the estimator would give me a call before she ordered my parts. That was two weeks ago after I left two messages for an update. I have yet to receive a call back. Since then I went to Highland Auto Body. They have ordered my parts and scheduled my repairs. They also said they will speak with the insurance company regarding any difference in pricing.

Rude, unresponsive. Called and asked how long it takes to get a quote, was told because it was photos it would be when whoever gets around to it, then brusquely hung up. If you don't want to provide quotes by photo don't offer the option.

Came back a new truck. Able to get customers in quickly and great customer service. Accidents are no fun, but it’s nice to clear up the damage drama free.
