Zane made the process of purchasing a vehicle extremely easy and has amazing customer service. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. He asked some questions and then had some options and got me in the right car for me. It was so quick. Definitely will recommend him to family and friends

Update! Zane Fassoth was amazing! I came back 2 years later and upgraded my RAV4! I told Zane exactly what I wanted and he went above and beyond. Raul at Team Toyota went over and above every expectation. The best car/truck buying experience you can ask for. Dealing with Raul for the purchase and with Josh in financing there were no high pressure or bait and switch sale tactics at all. The deal was exactly as presented. I began the shopping process online with "Smart Path" and nothing changed when I arrived at the store. It was straightforward in the negotiation and delivery of the vehicle. Raul drove over an hour to pick me up and transport me to the dealership to make it happen. 5 Star Treatment from every department at Team Toyota

I came in here yesterday with my son after he purchased a Camry from a small dealership and the car was just busted all up from sensors to the transmission. It was his first big purchase. Miguel took us under his wing and got Riley to help my son out. These guys treated us like we were their own family. They went above and beyond to help us get him out of this situation. I have never had a dealership treat us the way they did and I will forever recommend this place to anyone buying a vehicle.

Potential buyers, please note. All used vehicles at this dealership have an unlisted "Reconditioning Fee" of $899.00. The claim is that this covers oil, tires if applied and other wear and tear items. Cost is not only passed to you, but they do not list it. They also add a $299 "chemical etching" which is a sticker with the vin in a few places. Interestingly, they don't add it on the catalytic converter, but will do it, for a fee. Useless service that does not help at all. Salesman also pitched me an extended warranty on the phone. Really can't imagine how many useless fees their finance office will push if sales are pushing them before you arrive. Overall, this seems like a place to avoid.

We recently had we had experience a team Toyota once again! This time, it was in the purchase of a brand new 2024 Sienna. It all started when I had, oddly enough, had brought in one of our Toyotas for servicing. Justin, our usual service technician, who is always friendly and knowledgeable, asked if I needed a loaner car, so I said yes. I was loaned a Toyota sienna over the weekend and was thoroughly impressed by its performance. My parents were looking for more convenient car and their Avalon, so they decided to trade that in and get Sienna. Justin had recommended Mark to help us with the purchase of a new car. We really didn’t know what we were looking for specifically at first, but after some research and Mark’s help, we decided to get an XLE model. Buying cars these days has changed a bit, so we had to look to see what was going to be available and made a selection based on that. Mark was very helpful and dealing with our trade-in and with the final pricing and contract. Car was set to be delivered in about six weeks. After about two weeks, Mark had contacted us and told us that a nearly identical car is going to be delivered within a few days and if you would like to change our mind to this other one. The cars were essentially identical, minus a protective paint cover, so we agreed Mark said he would take care of it and we didn’t need to come in until the car was actually there. The whole payment process was easy and Mark had been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. We had processed our final paperwork and payment with the business manager, Bob Gilmack. He gave us a great offer on an extended warranty. He explained it in realistic terms, as an obvious result of his years of excellent service. He made us such a great deal that we purchased the extended warranty as well.
I have been coming to this Toyota dealership for more than six years and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve always been treated very well and fairly and have received excellent service from everybody associated with the dealership and more specifically the service department. If you considering buying a car or getting your car serviced, I highly recommend this dealership and its service department thank you team Toyota for being so reliable and consistent!

These people are absolute crooks. Sold me a 1 year old "gold certified" vehicle under pretense it had been in no accidents, but I discovered it had been in an accident. The vehicle was not safe to drive on freeway, which could not be tested during the test drive. I reached out to them immediately (following day) and was told to drop the car off. They did not give me a rental car, which had been promised. After waiting hours, they say nothing is wrong minus all for wheels being unbalanced. I head home and car is still unsafe to drive. Take car back, and they say nothing is wrong. I asked them if they drove on the freeway, they say no. I go out to car and it is making crazy sound from transfer case. I go back to them and ask them what the hell. They take the car for 2 more days, tell me nothing is is wrong. I return to pick up car and discover they had backed into something and damaged hood. Cannot make this up.
These people are either systemically corrupt, grossly incompetent or both. Do not deal with these people. They will try and sneak broken vehicles onto customers and their service department is wretched.
