Would sure be nice if just one time the pump would print a receipt ?

I want to write a positive and glowing review for a hardworking employee by the name of Chris at the Speedway in Schererville, store 7120. I workout late at night and occasionally grab gas at this location since it’s convenient and on the way to my gym. Every time I visit, I always see Chris using his time productively, sweeping the inside and outside of the store, mopping the floors, taking out the garbage, etc. The Speedway store 7120 appearance is always nice and clean when Chris is working. Most Speedway employees are just there doing the bare minimum or slacking off on their phones, not even welcoming guests, but Chris not only works hard, but he is always friendly and welcomes the guests when he’s working. I don’t write reviews and felt compelled to write one to acknowledge a good worker in Chris when I see it. Reliable and hard workers often get overlooked, so I hope upper management sees the value in Chris and realizes what an asset he is to the company.

14 cars getting gas outside. A line 10 deep inside, one employee doing everything. The employee was doing her best, this is a failure in ownership and management.

Time of going to this location was 10:25 a.m. at THIS location on 11/10/2023. First off, walking in the store it smelt so horrible. Secondly the lady was on the phone with someone and not attentive to the customers. I had forgot to get gas so my husband went outside to wait to pump while I paid, the cashier lady literally was talking about me to another customer badly when I walked back in, I asked her to put the amount on the pump for myself, and she literally put her hand over her nose and stepped back as if I smelt bad! I asked her was something wrong and she just said to enter my card again disrespectful. I the. Left to go outside and told my husband she was being rude and disrespectful as if I did something wrong. As he was pumping and I was getting in my car the lady came out, yelling with a bunch of customers outside saying she was not being disrespectful and that we needed to stop beingstupid, literallywas listening to the call button (which i did not push for help) listening to mine and my husbands conversation! Literallyillegallylisteningto us talk is wdong it was none of her business to bring it upon herself to listen to our private conversation! Speedway is a good place to go, the. Know us well at this location and this lady was literallyrude and crazy! Not professionalat all! Please managementcontact me!,

Went to exchange a propane tank and clerk did not want to exchange it because it was a different brand tank which I never heard that before he also had an attitude when I first walked in don’t want to mention his name 06/16/2023 12:15pm

It would be nice to get receipt at the pump when pay at the pump. The Cubs winning percentage is better getting receipt at pump.
