The customer service that my wife and I received was excellent. Annette made our first visit simple and seamless, making some great reccomendation and connecting with us ', Annette greeted us with a great smile and positive energy, creating us promoters for Skechers. She is a great example of what customer service should be.

I Love Skechers. The staff and mánager (Mrs. Annette White) are profesional and very Friendly. It is always a great Shopping Experience! I recently Had to return a Jacket and the mánager was so Nice about it. It was a Smooth and Easy transaction. I would highly recommend this Store!! Store Number 1194

I can't thank Annette enough for the wonderful help she gave me in your store. I wear a women's size 11 and I was just about to walk out thinking that there were none in the store. I decided to ask at the counter. I explained that we had driven 45 minutes to get to the store and I needed to try on the shoes because of some knee issues that I have been having. Annette said,"Let me help you." She found 6 pair for me to try on and I left with 2.Thank you, thank you.I will recommend this particular store to my friends.

Wanted to return shoes that were too big for my mom but the cashier said they were worn and had dirt and hair on them. (They were not dirty.) Will more than likely not be shopping here again.
