Very secure place and easy in/out. Only issue is watching for rodents, as it is surrounded by trees. We have mice in our camper twice there.

Always been great to deal with. I've been storing RV's there for years now, and never had a problem. 24/7 keycode access is super convenient. Fenced storage area with security cameras and people living in the house all help deter problems.
