Horrible customer service..I bought a vehicle from there & has had problems with it since the day I purchased..I went through the warranty company and they refused to fix the car..Told the dealer what the problem was & they said I should have lied to them so I could gotten the repairs fixed…Just a completely horrible experience with them & I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this dealer.

Josh is very helpful! Not aggressive and knows his business quite well...he told me over the phone, I was coming in and driving off the lot the same...he told NO LIES! AWESOME customer service and left within a 1 hour wait... visit Josh at NWI on Lincoln road, definitely got exactly what I asked for!
