Sold us a new Jaguar.
On pickup car was damaged, scratched, was not washed and had sand all over.
Had to wait 2 hours before a poor detail job was done. Damaged headlight in the process.
Dealer does not want to resolve the issues.
Stay away. They are dishonest.

I waited TWO to three months for an appointment for my vehicle to be worked on. Once I finally get my vehicle to be serviced, I was told that they could not service my vehicle today. No one never called me nor left a message about my service being canceled.I have paid a lot of money to have my vehicle service here and this is the type of service I recieved.Don't take your vehicle here for service unless you have time and money to waist.Horrible service here.

My customer requested my tow company to return his jaguar from napelton jaguar of schererville ,when my driver arrived the customer stated it's beautiful but. ITS NOT MINE . When I contacted the dealership I spoke to joe.in the service dept. I told him my driver is returning the WRONG JAGUAR , Joe told me he couldn't pay for his mistake until the following week , I then offered to accept a check still no . I told Joe that I needed to get off the phone with him and stop my driver,. Then Joe threatens to call the police if I didn't return the WRONG JAGUAR. So I called my driver and told him to unload the WRONG JAGUAR back into my customers driveway . Then Joe decided to call my customer and bad mouth me while my driver was present unloading the WRONG JAGUAR again. So if you own a beautiful orange jaguar. It's not at napelton jaguar of schererville where you left it . Someone else has it until next week when Joe can pay for for his mistake

Great people to work with, found the exact make, color and options I was seeking. Brought the car in from New Jersey. When I arrived to pick up the new car, all of the paperwork was ready and I was gone in less than an hour.
