He printed out different options for them so they can see for themselves, and choose their plan. His demeanor and customer service made we want to contemplate switching over, which I would like to do as soon as I can. I definitely recommend this location.”

“If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would! I have had a terrible experience at previous Verizon stores but this location helped me with everything I needed and more. Madison was so friendly, listened to my concerns, and made this headache of an experience so much better. “We came to the store to have our new phones activated. Nick helped us, he was great and very patient, we were there for 2 hrs. However, the girl who was also there. I think her name was Amber and the person in charge. She was not 1 bit friendly terrible customer skills. We are glad we had Nick to help us
