Dr. Dexter was excellent! He thoroughly examined me, took some x-rays to make sure, and provided the medication I needed. He called later in the day to check up on me. He went above and beyond a doctor's visit.

They need retraining on how to bill insurance, I have never owed more than a $35 dollar copay and have the most high end insurance. They told me I owe 580 dollars because they submitted to insurance wrong previously and told me I can call a number to clear it up. Not going to do their job for these idiots. Called my insurance company, can confirm the employees of Midwest express are just not intelligent.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. I filled out the paperwork online so I was ready to see the doctor when I arrived. Everyone inside was very friendly and helpful, and the nurse and Dr. were great. Fantastic experience. Thanks.

Very friendly staff, they were quick and took care of me and what I needed. I was in and out in probably 20 mins (again for what I needed). It's clean and overall a pleasant visit. Thank you!

I was in and out so fast. I was able to prefill out all my information online so I didn’t have to do that when I got in. The nurse and doctor on staff made me feel so comfortable. I left thinking why was I ever going somewhere else before!

We liked the experience at this location. I was impressed with the cleanliness, attention, and most of all, the staff. They were all very friendly and considerate to me and my daughter. Everyone from reception, to the nurse, and the doctor were all fantastic, especially since they were finishing their day, they still made the experience a positive one for my anxious little girl. We appreciate you all. Thank you!Edit: our second time there and just as great of an experience. One of the staff members, Billie, was especially patient with my very scared daughter when she needed a blood draw. PA McClellan was so kind and considerate, and the xray tech was awesome too. We are so grateful--thank you!

Easy process to make appointment reservation and register online. Very little wait and was able to get treatment and relief for sinus infection.
