Menards is a huge, two-story store with over 250 rows, described as the biggest location some have seen. It is very well-stocked; if they don't have an item, customers feel no one will. The store's large size means it can take a long time to walk through and finding specific items or assistance is not always easy. Experiences with staff vary greatly by department. In the lumberyard, associates provide outstanding help, spending hours to assist with large orders, demonstrating important customer service. Similarly, an associate provided a really good experience with blinds, offering cutting services and helpful advice. However, the garden center receives negative feedback, with reports of dying, unwatered plants and a lack of marked items or available answers, leading some to avoid it for flowers and vegetables.
Really good experience with “Ken” he’s an amazing team player helped us get our new blinds, did the cutting for us, he even had some really good advice on when hanging them up.

This store is huge. 2 stories. I continue to walk around aimlessly tryin to find what I need. Trying to find someone to help is not allway easy. After looking up what we needed trying to find a salesx

This is the biggest Menards I've ever been in. It's 2 floors and has over 250 rows. If they don't have it no one will. The only bad thing is it takes so long to walk through the store!
