“Brought my mom to American Mattress for a new bed set since hers was so old. Met Jason and he went out of his way to be helpful, professional, and dummy stuff down so simplistic folks like us could understand the new technologies in a mattress.
Just for the heck of it we went to another mattress place and they didn't have the selection and their prices were far higher than American Mattress. Turned around, went back and Jason was again happy to see us and set us up with the best deal.
Great store, great employees, great stock, and I'll be picking up my next mattress set from Jason at American Mattress. Thanks guys !”

“Bob the representative greeted my family and I at the door when we walked in. He was very nice and asked us if there was anything in particular we were looking for. He pointed us in the direction of what we needed and asked if we needed assistance. We said no and that when we did we would flag him down. He came to follow up just to make sure he didn’t miss us needing assistance. When we did find what we were looking for he took us through the next steps of purchase. Bob was overall very helpful, professional, down to earth and very pleasant to work with! He went above and beyond to answer all questions and gave us a heads up on what to expect after purchasing and walked us out. Outstanding service!!!”

“My husband and I were travelling through Indiana on our way to O'Hare and flying back to our home in Washington State. We had some extra time so stopped here just to look around since we are considering purchasing some new furniture back home. Cathy greeted us and showed us around. Even after making it clear that we were far from home and wouldn't be buying anything, she continued to be friendly and hospitable, chatting with us and inviting us to look around as long as we wanted. She was a bright spot in many miles of heavy traffic! So while we couldn't buy anything from Groen's, we certainly would if we lived in the area. The store is filled with many quality items. “Edited to add, delivery was a week ahead of what was projected. Delivery guys were polite, and quick. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were in and out in no time. The hardest thing we dealt with in this whole situation was figuring out exactly what we wanted. Will definitely be buying from Penny Mustard again!The absolute best customer experience anywhere! They don't pounce on you as soon as you walk in and give you space to walk around. So very friendly, fun, and professional. Between Sandra and Amy, the manager, we finally decided on what we wanted. After the purchase, there was a fun thank you email from corporate and then a personal thank you card from our wonderful salesperson Sandra. We can not wait for delivery, which will be around the end of February. Overall, it is the best furniture shopping we have ever had. You don't have someone following you and watching every move you make, no stress, no pressure, nobody breathing down your neck...best ever!!”

“everything i bought is going strong. i got 2 bedroom sets and some lamps they were good quality, they also have 90 day same as cash, no money down which was a plus. only thing i dont recommend are the mattress, they are cheap even the "expensive" ones,”
