Today's experience at Mattress Firm was more than average it was excellent in a day and age of buying everything online it was a great experience. The customer service that my son and I received today was outstanding Steve knew exactly what we were looking for guided us through everything and seal the deal from A to Z I was greatly appreciated because he was very informative gave us all our options and at the end we got the best deal and also the best bed customer service and great quality doesn't come cheap but I'd rather pay for the great experience in the great mattress that I bought today thank you Steven for all that you did

Very satisfying experience, didn't take long because the first day I went in alone and tried the mattresses out. Next day went in with my husband and he pretty much liked my choice and was very comfortable with the beautyrest black. Manny our sales rep was very kind, and understood our wants and our needs. We only had to wait because he was helping another customer, but, that gave us a chance to walk through and try other mattresses, but we kept going back to the beautyrest black. Good job Manny!!
