Girl at return desk didn't know much. Had another lady waiting too. I returned 4 individual light bulbs in 1 box & picked up yesterday. Everything was still stuck to the box, I told her to check my Lowe's card. Took forever and I'm handicapped. She kept saying it was only 1 box !!!

I like shopping here. Employees are helpful when I can find them. I got a beef with the outside garden area. Everything out there under the roof is just covered in dirt. Grass seed, fertilizer, and spreaders all covered in dirt.

Everyone’s always nice here but today I had the great pleasure of being helped by Jim! He wears glasses and is the sweetest man ever! Came up to my bf and I just to make sure we were all good, my bf is usually not the one to ask for help but he asked Jim about some concrete for a project and this man had all the information with some great tips to help us as well! He deserves a raise and all the praise!! Thank you Jim, can't wait to complete our outdoor project perfectly thanks to him ??
