Lowe's ProServices provides a great shopping experience with knowledgeable and professional staff. The flooring department is amazing and helpful, with fantastic customer service. The store offers a huge selection of items, including Christmas decorations and lampshades, with so much variety. Customer service is wonderful, with staff walking customers through projects start to finish. The business is highly recommended for good service, products, and pricing, especially during sales which include benefits like free delivery. While most experiences are positive, there have been isolated issues regarding policy clarity. Overall, Lowe's ProServices is a go-to store for many.
Flooring department is amazing. So helpful with our new hardwood floor. So much variety and Christopher gave us so much advice. On a side note, they have a HUGE selection of lampshades. Easily 4x the selection I saw at Target. Very happy!
