I made an appointment with this place more than a month in advance. They had my car for more than a month. Never fixed It. Claimed they couldn’t find the part. I called multiple time to get a status update. Usually every 4-5 days or so. I don’t like to pester people because I know everyone is working long hours these days. Every time I called they had some excuse to why they couldn’t get to it. Eventually they told me to come pick it up because they had no idea when they could get the part. Charged me 100$ for a diagnostic.
Anyways, when I got my car back the side door map holder was smashed in. The cracked plastic was laying on the floor mat. I walked back in to talk to the guy and pointed out the damage and the guy started mouthing off and got all defensive. “So what, you gonna bite my head off!? How do I know you didn’t do it!” No apology, just a defensive tantrum. I couldn’t even believe the conversation was happening. It’s simple. They broke it, I wanted them to fix it. He eventually said fine, but he would need to find the parts. He wouldn’t buy a new part- it had to be a used part. I already learned how skilled they were at locating parts. I asked for it in writing. He refused and kept yelling, “just trust me, I’ll call you in a few days” - refused to give me a refund on the diagnostic too.
Well it’s been a year, They never called me. Surprise, surprise. Don’t trust them.
When I first showed up at the shop, I remember seeing all the cars there. I thought to myself, this place is either really good at what they do, or they have no clue what they’re doing. I learned the hard way. I’ll never give them my business again. It was in the name. Little to offer, Little value, Little customer service. What a joke.

I will never go to Little’s again. They had our truck for 3 months to replace an engine which they knit said wouldn’t take even close to that long. There was very little communication from them on the progress of our truck. We always had to be the ones to call. We finally got it back and it broke in the same day. We took it back and they had it for another 2 months, again with no communication and excuses on why it wasn’t fixed yet. They also charged us for a part that we had already paid for. They will never get my business again.

I recently tooky Durango to get a full service as it has reached 108k miles. When I got it back i could have not been happier I can tell it was well taken care of and notice a much smoother and healthier ride. Very impressed with the shop and will be coming again!

My friend took his vehicle there for an oil change which was a Mercedes. He brought it to my attention that something was smoking underneath the hood so I had technician take a look at it and found that the oil cap was not secured on the top of the motor in which was slinging oil out onto the alternator and the catalytic converter smoking. Had to degrease the engine compartment and replenish the court of synthetic oil that came out of the engine. The customer's name was Robert Matejevich. There should be some type compensation for the inspection, diagnosis, and cleaning the engine compartment. $280 for an oil change is ridiculous.

Great place took my vehicle there (Lexus RX330). Tried other places they were either crazy expensive or just didn't want to do the job. Little's completed the job quickly and at a fair price. Thanks much appreciated

Took my 2013 Volvo XC90 there. Blower motor wasn't working. Turned out to be something else and was far less expensive than other shops told me. Very honest and got me in and out. Longest part of wait was parts. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Great people and are superior mechanics. Thank you Little's! You have all my business moving forward.Services: A/C installation & repair
