This is a wonderful nail salon. I’ve been going here for years and have never felt prompted to review anything before, but the new owners deserve major kudos. Purchased by long term employees, they’ve added just what the salon needed besides just it’s talented technicians; now it’s a warm and friendly atmosphere as well and it puts them over the top of any local competitors. It’s not just a job, it’s a craft that they care about — and talent abounds. You go girls!

Owner or whomever answers the phone is VERY RUDE!! Tried to rebook an appointment and owner immediately told me no and hung up on me. When I called back again and to ask why, she states I had too many cancellations from a previous appointment that I couldn’t make due to the nail tech asking if I could come in earlier. Therefore, not a cancellation on my end.Do better and have better customer service skills.Services: Manicure

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I was very upset with this salon. The owner was rude and disrespectful. I came in asking for help to fix my nail (which chipped a day before my wedding). They had an appointment available but she refused to help me since only one of my nails were chipped and she wanted the money for a full manicure. No empathy at all.In contrast, I went to Leo’s Nails and they helped me immediately with excellent service and skill.

These people are racist! ESPECIALLY THE OWNER WHO SITS RIGHT IN THE FRONT. I believe that is Krystal. I’ve been here a few times because I didn’t want to believe that or think that but it’s true and my last visit proved it. Im always the only woman of color there, now I see why. Smh sad. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I literally wish I had the time and man power to boycott this establishment. They are extremely racist and unprofessional. The owners (the older lady and the Older man) are so arrogant. They have no idea how to speak to their paying customers. I overheard a customer complaining to the manager about how one of the techs treated them. The manager literally started arguing and raising his voice at the paying customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THEY ARE RACIST, INCOMPETENT and only worship anyone that is not AFRICAN AMERICAN. BEWARE. I WILL POST THIS ON OTHER PLATFORMS AS WELL.Services: Manicures

I have been going to this establishment for 10 plus years…they are the best and by no means racist! They welcome all Ethnicities and they treat all their clients equal! Dan and Krissy are nice as well as their whole staff. Would not want to go anywhere else! Best place ever!Services: Gel manicures

For years a big fan of this salon. Traveled from downtown Chicago to have my nails done ~ That's how lovely the management and service was. After two recent visits ~ the first resulting in an infection, the second waiting 45 minutes with an appointment (!) ~ And to add further insult to insult, the ownership was dismissive of my reasonable comments (e.g. What's the point of making an appointment when this once nice salon doesn't honor appointment times?) All to write, they lost my business. Completely!

I saw Sandra today for an emergency no chip Job! Not being from the area I was a bit nervous but I was wrong! Excellent polite service and fast great job!! I will definitely be back to see her !!
