Lovely store, lots of nice items. I bought a lamp there and it just didn't work out where I wanted it. They took it back with no problem.

Knew about Kirkland's but had never been in there. Nice items for great prices but horrible customer service. Not one employee said one word to me until I got to the counter and she was a bit rude. I was in the store for about half an hour admiring all they had. An employee straightened pillows and a display right next to me but not a word. Two other women walked up to admire the same thing (that didn't look like me) and the employee greeted them immediately, asking if they needed help. I like the store but will not recommend this location nor will I return. Seems that only a certain type of people are welcome.

Love the store experience. The website sucks. I have attempted to order the SAME product 3 separate times - when the website says it’s in stock- and it keeps getting cancelled; because customer service says it’s not in stock. Why does this keep happening? Someone needs to do better. Will be shopping in store only from now on; which is sad because online has some very cute items.

Cute store but customer service is no good. They greet everyone but me. When I needed help they avoided me.

Love this store. I picked up black taper candles to accent my decor. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
