I usually have a good experience here, but for some reason the big guy that checked me out had an attitude with me. He was very rude he snatched my items out of my hand, did not greet me as he did everyone else, and before I could even pick my bag up he was calling the next customer up to the register and she stepped on me because I didn’t have time to move out the way. Getting treated that way was horrible and embarrassing. Please do better.

This is usually my go-to for Diamond Elite hair, recently (last 2 weeks) purchased from the register a total of (3) hair bundles “Diamond Elite” - the hair was installed by my stylist and told me this is not the same hair that you use. At first, I’m thinking maybe she is confused but in actuality she was not. The hair is still installed, this hair is NOT Diamond Elite; I will be removing this out within the next week. Whatever hair this is, it’s terrible it won’t hold curls, is not silky like my normal purchases of Diamond Elite. It’s upsetting when I nicely called & complained about the matter but no one ever reached back out to me regarding my concern. I will now have to purchase from online vendors like “Kendra Boutique” because I refuse to spend what I spend to be basically tricked of my purchase. Please be aware.

Good deals I guess, but the two fools working behind the counter have terrible customer service, was looking for a product, asked and they said "its over there" looks for like 10 mins couldn't find it, then they ask you find it boss and I go "no" they don't even get up and come show me, ultimately it was on the complete other side if the store lol

Tacky posting of shop lifters in the window. Also over priced and exploiting us 5.99 for Africa s best oil, when it's only $2.49 @Walgreens. not to mention the strong incents. It's giving culture vulture to the max. I don't need your coupon, but I do need you to stop exploiting people with a 100% increase in prices.

tbh i loved this store but they mark up their prices so much that their “sales” don’t even count.. also the olaplex and mielle rosemary oils are FAKE and i’m pretty sure they sell more fake stuff. the mielle i bought from there smells so different and is really runny.. idrc about their fashion reps or anything else but fake hair and makeup is soooo dangerous you can’t tell what’s really in there. i probably won’t be shopping here as much as before i can’t trust their products

They don't allow you to return anything even after you walk back in immediately after you walked out. Let mfs know you have a no refund policy at least.

Wendy at the Schererville store yesterday was Amazing , Professional. She greeted every customer with a welcome and a beautiful smile it was the 50% off sale and it was busy but Ms. Wendy keep the line moving with a beautiful smile and asking if U if needed anything else. Fantastic Job.
