2-12-22People here are very ignorant as soon as we walked it not even a welcome, we didn’t have none ask us if we needed help. Me, my daughter and my son are latino Americans and as soon as other people walked in, that where a particular race they were gladly welcomed in. We felt like we were being watched the whole time we were shopping. I felt discriminated and I was saddened that my children had to experience this. After I payed I let them know the uncomfortable situation they put us through and they where silent, not even an apology. My daughter loves the clothes here, but I will not be returning.

Went to this store to buy my oldest daughter clothes. The only woman that was there working was very rude and ignorant. She snatched a soap dish from my youngest daughter who is only 7 years old and made her cry. Really felt rushed and did not care about giving good customer service. Almost felt like if she was kicking us out. Never again

Don't buy the jewelry they are terrible quality and snap while putting on! I saw the same brand of clothing at JCPenny for half the price so don't get scammed!

Great boutique, this location has a boho vibe to it but on a more sophisticated level. The boots last for a while and the clothes here are good quality. Worth the buy, especially if you're trying to build your closet.

I went to Francesca's today to purchase a dress for my bridal shower. Usually when I go into a store i leave with nothing because I am so picky about how things look on me. I tried several things on and couldnt decide because I liked ALL OF THEM! The selection on every level is amazing and the trinkets to buy around the store made me keep looking. The service by what I believe is the manager of the store was great she was so kind and bubbly and very helpful I highly recommend checking this place out if you havent already!
