Only friendly person there was the teller who directed us to go sit with one of the bankers. Banker herself was stuffy and rude.

Went into the bank to change $1 into 4 quarters and was told I had to pay $10 fee to do this transaction because I wasn’t a customer. I called the manager after leaving the bank and he stated that the teller was incorrect.

Always greet me with a smile and a hello. Everyone at the Schererville branch has always treated me with courtesy and respect. Never had a bad experience in the last 10+ years of doing business with them.

The absolute worst customer service in NW Indiana . Two different young ladie , one with a consistent smirk on her face would not process my transaction . The transaction was from same source that gets direct deposit weekly from a Premier business in NW Indiana . When a business is open and running without supervision as they said , it is a inconvience. I'am 60 yrs old and have never believed that this would've allowed to happen . Beware of the phony hello and persona . This account has been open for 20 years ....beware

Very disappointed in the customer service and personal interest that they took in our matter. It is becoming a larger bank that I feel did not care for us individually. I feel they were very inconsiderate and impersonal. The only reason I continue to bank with them is because my work uses them to process our paychecks.

I always have a good experience every time I come. People are very friendly and answer my questions. The place is very clean and I always enjoy when a place is clean.
