Horrible customer service. Assistant Manager Angel is extremely rude and not welcoming. Store does accept returns even though receipt and within 30days policy. Highly recommend not buying anything from here due to poor quality. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Express Customer service corporate escalated the situation when I called them at the store and made them take the returns. Never ever visiting g this particular store!

The worst customer service. Tried returning a top I purchased a week ago from their store. I had the receipt and all but was told I couldn’t return it because the plastic part of the tagging was clear and they “only have black”. She accused me if retagging the shirt myself to return. I most definitely did not. Beyond rude and disrespectful.

Begrudgingly had to wear an item from the store despite it not fitting. I went to return it less than a week due later And was told I cannot receive a refund or merchandise credit because the tag was not on. I had the tag, receipt, and original purchase method with me. Absolutely terrible corporate policy and will be sure to not return to any express in the future. The clothes, employees, and store itself were fine.

Sunday /8/20 @ 10am I arrived to the store , because I need to get some pants for my boys and the associated Pamela was very kind and very helpful ? Listening to mine needs since the moment she open the doors , helping me with everything so my shopping was very quick and very pleasant experience . Thanks for people like her . God bless you ❤️?

I was on the look for a men’s black suit, so I called to make sure they had some on stock. When I arrived, the employee there Pam had the suits ready for me to try on. She was very friendly, helpful and made my shopping experience at the Express Outlet fantastic! Thanks Pam!

I hate being this guy and 99.5% of the time I will drop it but to save any young people from frustration... we walked in asking for help matching colors of my pants to a jacket. Instead of helping the lady (assuming manager on duty?) instantly got snarky saying “a jacket is around $200 is that going to be okay for you?” (It was the tone used that was horrible) she went to the back to check if they had a jacket came out with the wrong color and mumbled “no that jacket is too dark blah blah blah” to a co-worker who just giggled about it. I’ve always loved shopping at express, I get all my suits and shirts from there but I’m going to have to switch stores after today. If you don’t like customers get out of customer service.1. Young people aren’t all “broke” or “stupid”.2. Treat people with kindness and respect.3. It doesn’t take a whole lot to smile even if you fake it!

i am very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff and knowledgeable concern to make sure i wouldnt have any problems when i receive my glassesthe dr there was very thorough during my exam and explained everything to me even problems i have had in my lifetime and what those really meant, will see again, very pleased with the choice of frames and prices as well, would recommend to anyone looking for glasses and eye exam?
