Horrible experience with one particular worker in the Pharmacy I have her name but will not expose her. She was very rude, not willing to listen, and could care less about the customer. My experience with her was horrible yesterday and we had to go back today and she continues to be disrespectful and just flat out RUDE! Something needs to be done and I hope to get a letter and call to corporate office about this one particular employee.

I am extremely disappointed. I ran into CVS to purchase Sudafed. I went to the pharmacy and specifically asked for Sudafed. I just opened my bag and she sold me the CVS generic. She never asked if I wanted the generic. I didn't want the generic. I WANTED SUDAFED! This is why I normally go to Walgreens.
