This CosmoProf has good customer service that made my shopping experience great. One of the workers named Veronica, Veronica went above and beyond to assist me in finding everything I needed. Not only did she patiently help me locate the items, but she also took the time to explain how each product worked. Her knowledge and guidance made my shopping trip an enjoyable experience . Veronica's outstanding customer service skills truly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a helpful and attentive shopping assistant. I’m a student esthetician, and the amazing woman who runs this store teaches me more extras than what I learn in school!! she is so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and gives me the best product recommendations and explains them without rushing. (She would be an amazing teacher just saying). So not only is the store great clean and organized but it’s probably one of the best experiences with customer service you could ever ask for.

CosmoProf is a business for the Hair/Beauty industry professional. You will more likely be asked to show a Cosmetology License before a purchase. The people who work here are always friendly and smile. Being a Hairstylist myself, I appreciate the store's vibe, and their helpfulness.
