I came into this location on a Saturday, and was helped almost immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Richard, the Assistant VP of the Location. He was extremely professional, and created great conversation while some items were loading. I am very happy to bank with this Chase location, and I am very pleased with my experience. 10/10 would recommend!

This location is by far the worse bank I’ve ever had an experience with. Apparently the Women I spoke to was a manager filling in for another manager. We had a discrepancy regarding the money I was going to deposit. She wasn’t helpful at all. It’s a long story but the shorter version as a customer I should have been treated like one instead of them going into defense about everything. She shut me down and said it was 5:05pm and they had to close. I’m not ever going back there. After that interaction I’m debating on closing my account.

Have personally banked here for many years. Recently began using their financial planning services and have had an amazing experience with them. 10/10 would Recommend Giovanni.

Waited More Than 1hour to get Notarized for the documents i Need I know Its Free but you should Attend the people same aspect .I paid Monthly service For chase bank account as well its not that i just go there just to get Free Notarized. Specially the 2nd desk spanish guy i believed .he didnot have any customers by the time i arrived but just like ignoring and when couple arrive he attend it fast.i will never visit location anymore!.But thank you Sir (Forgot your name)who attend me to get my documents notarized I appriciated you and your sympathy!

Worst bank ever. Patronizing, condescending, tellers who double down on treating customers like irritating children. Don’t bank with these clowns. Go to any other NW Indiana bank. Go with a local bank for a better quality of service

Mike, you really came through! I needed to wire funds for a closing and Mike expedited my transaction due to Chase's low ball daily max. My local Chase Bank (South Holland, IL) was not as accommodating and I would drive the extra 20 miles again if I ever ever needed special services!

The worst! Went in there today for a notary that should take about 30 seconds. I do a ton of banking with Chase. Said they can't get me in anytime today, I can just make an appointment for down the road sometime. Even though there are notaries sitting right at their desks. Asked if any other Chase could get me in. Said I could go drive around to other branches if I felt like. Disgusting service!
