Very happy with the service at Boss Taxes. I was impressed as soon as I walked into their office. Most tax places are dusty old places with piles of paper and folders everywhere. Boss' was inviting, well decorated and had delicious snacks. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful! This year was our first time taking our taxes to Boss and while we were too late to have a sit down meeting to discuss our taxes, they answered all our questions and finished the taxes quickly. I will def use their services next year!

I’ve been going to Boss for many years. After David (original owner and Joanna’s Dad) passed away, I was a bit concerned about whether or not I’d continue to get the same level of great service I had become used to. Joanna and her team put those concerns to rest very quickly. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. They truly value me as a customer. I actually look forward to going every year.

Joanna is the best. She did my return in half an hour and I got the best return of my life. She is very knowledgeable, and she breaks it down for you so that you can understand your taxes. She also does not charge you much compared to other tax accountants. I would highly recommend her and her team. In fact, I have already recommended her to my family members! She is truly the best at what she does and she wants the best for you! Always available for questions, even after you have completed your taxes.

I've used them for years and never been disappointed. Fast, responsive, and always available with combined crazy schedules. Receive updates with phone call, so aware of what's going on, and sure you understand everything before you leave. Shouldn't be a thought, go with the Boss

Dropped the tax information off Wednesday got it back Sunday, a weekend and Valentine’s Day nonetheless! Very quick and efficient and such a positive environment for only being in there for a moment to hand things off, highly recommend! I live in Indiana and work in Illinois and having both wasn’t an issue for her at all she was more than willing to help my friend and I out after someone last year messed up. Thank you again!
